I will never stay at this hotel again first off when I went to check in they didn’t have the king bedroom I already paid for. I had to find out when I went to the room and it wasn’t a king room. I went back downstairs to the front desk and was told they had no more king rooms strip view available so they offered me 2 queen beds and they would refund me my resort fee. The next morning my check out day while I was asleep in there hotel the hotel tried to charge my card almost an additional $500 but it declined because I locked my card. Then the very next day after check out the hotel within 1 minute attempted to charge my card again for $500, $200, $100 and $50 remind you this is all happening while my original charge is still pending for the security deposit and resort fee I should be receiving money back not being charged for unknown charges. Someone there is stealing credit card information and I wouldn’t trust there staff ever again

Pros: The overall atmosphere inside this hotel was pretty calm. There was not a busy lobby or casino area. It was pretty quiet and there were plenty of opportunities to hop on a machine or table with no wait. Although it is not located on the Vegas strip, it was only a 5-10 minute drive to most attractions on the strip. Not far from the airport as well. Things that I did not like: unlike the larger hotels on the Vegas trip, there were not very many good food/dining options in this hotel. The only meal that I enjoyed was in the Mexican restaurant. There seems to be no microwaves on site and the mini fridge in the room was loaded with expensive beverages. It was not meant to insert your own items. There’s actually a sensor that charges you if you even touch any of the drinks and snacks in the room. Overall, I would consider staying again, but it would not be my first choice.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, it was very hard to find the location because there is construction outside. When I finally found the place, there was one person at the desk who was extremely rude and condescending. She made fun of the way I spoke (mimicked me). I was in shock. I had already prepaid for the hotel so I didn't know what to do. I figured I would let it go since it's one night. I asked about parking - she said can't give me parking until I checked in. So I checked in and then after I paid for parking - she said she didn't have anymore key cards to the parking garage. She told me that every time I would need to go in or out of the garage I would need to come into the hotel and tell them and they would meet me at the garage (!) I asked politely how does this work if there's only one person at the desk. and where do I park to call you to help me with the garage (since there's no parking - only construction - outside the hotel). That set her off in an angry tirade. I was afraid for my safety at this hotel with this person in charge. I called my friend that I was meeting - she came over a few minutes later and I told her what happened. We checked the room - which had an intense chemical odor - can't breath. She refused to let me talk to a manager and refused to refund. It was such a twilight zone experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID PLACE.
