« This is a great historic location right in the center of town. It is in the third floor with no elevator, but we didn’t have an issue. The furniture has been updated since the original pics of the room were taken and there is now a chest of drawers available. The seating is wonky for two due to the baseboard heat. « While this rental has a lot of charm, the two drawbacks were the 1.) super creaky floors and 2.) the thin walls. One guest was sleeping on the top floor and reported hearing the guest on the main floor flossing their teeth. Most guests slept with ear plugs. Additionally, the expectations for guests to clean up (start towels in laundry, state the dishwasher, take out the trash, etc.) PLUS the charged clean up fee gets old after awhile.
