She showed us around the dining area and showed the food and beverages available to us at any time during our stay. The Oxford room was so comfortable! The fireplace was the perfect touch! Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious-Blueberry pancakes, bacon, sausage, fresh orange juice, and a fruit cup. Everything was presented so beautifully. Paz was so hospitable, the perfect host! We enjoyed hearing of the remodel and transformation of Buffalo Peaks by her husband and Paz. It was a treat to see multiple deer on the lawn as we began our day. Buffalo Peaks is in a beautiful area of Buena Vista and a delightful setting. Breakfast was so good and so much food, which was fantastic to fill up on before a day of skiing at Monarch Mountain. The lodge is extremely clean and is a great location, easy drive to ski or hike and just down the street a mile or so from restaurants and shopping. We will be returning anytime we go to the Buena Vista area for hiking or skiing!!!
