6.6/10 (1,006 reviews)
It isn’t the best place, the hallways do smell of smoke and/or weed. The carpet does look newer and clean and like maybe there may be still work being done to update the place. I would agree with others that it wouldn’t be well suited for a family, unless you were just passing through and needed a bed for the night. The staff were friendly, the noise level for the area was good. It looks like they are updating the place, but it needs quite a bit to be comparable to neighboring hotels.

The place was clean and beautiful. You need to check with Expedia . I didn’t get the steps to get in, since there is nobody on site. to check in. I call the phone on site. Somebody call me back and walk me through step to get in.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (381 reviews)
A classic Vermont inn. We loved the authenticity and charm, and the hosts were lovely.
The room was comfortable but a little rough around the edges. Flooring repairs and a some minor trim work would help.
With these few detail improvements, the ambiance would be closer to perfection (if only you could hear Rosemary Clooney's dulcet tones wafting from the dining room below... ) 😉

7/10 Good! (1,001 reviews)
It was an average motel that one would use just for one night when leaving the next day. Nothing spectacularly good or bad. Clean enough. I had asked the staff for a wake up call and they did not call.
