« The hotel is clean and the staff are attentive. The TV’s were out and my door had an issue with the locking mechanism. When I tried to open the door it stuck. Bought it to management attention they said it would be fixed. It wasn’t. 4 days no tv in the room and at one point it took me 10 minutes to get the door open. I will NOT be staying there in the future. If an issue is bought to the attention of management twice and it’s not taken care of then, it seems to be an inconvenience for them and...

« I was hesitant to book because of reviews I saw from late 2025, but this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in! The studio suite is PERFECT for solo travelers. Staff was very kind, breakfast was delish, and other guests were pleasant as well. Overall this hotel felt very safe and clean!! Thank you- I will be back!! :) »

« The shower head was tilted almost straight up, with water falling against the far wall, so it coud not touch my body. It was so high that i coud not reach it, to change the tilt. The bed(s) were so close to the wall with the thermostat -- about 8 or 9 inches, and near the pillows of the closest bed. VERY hard to walk to it so I could adjust the temperature of the room!!! I had asked for a room that did NOT face I-94, but ALL the rooms on that side of hotel were taken. Traffic noise was...
