"This is a great and treamenous environment and still family orientated , business , socially for every type of person and married , single or whatevcer type and also can be relaxing and not , plusm it still is kind of a home awatyn from home and al;so very business and entertainment and very secured with different safety and alertys and policies and protocols and nice but always still being aware of all aspects and concerns and protections of ones self and others and families and more and the Hotel itself"

"We have stayed at this property several times now and have always had a great experience. The staff has been consistently welcoming and always willing to help. On this sta we had a minor issue with the Roku cable freezing up a few times but returned to normal after being reset. Once by the engineer and we handled ourselves the second time. One word of caution on the parking. If you use Sopthero for the 720 N. Jefferson outdoor parking directly across the street from the hotel entrance on Jefferson it is the smaller lot roped off by chains with about 15 spots not the larger lot next to it. I had 3 -$90 parking tickets when I went out to my car. I was able to contact the company to have them removed since they also owned the lot next door and could see that I paid. "

"The Staff was absolutely awesome! Everyone we encountered was so helpful and friendly. We stayed 5 nights and from check in to check out we had the best time. Security, housekeeping, servers, bartenders, Marketplace workers, front desk, Cream City Coffee, Sportsbook cashiers were all great and made you feel welcome. Our room on the 19th floor was awesome with the floor to ceiling windows. The hotel is very clean. The Sportsbook for the March Madness Tourney was organized and ran so well, kudos to ALL the employees who worked that, they did amazing."

"The room was decent, needs some paint and minor repairs. The closet door was broken and the bathroom sink drained slow...maybe a hair clot. The exterior door that should lock did not. It was extremely hot in the hallway and room, there were kids running through the hallways after 1a.m., there was a party across the hallway from us and they kept the door open..for access i guess, there were people in the walkway smoking weed.....so many things. I will not book here again. "

"I book through Expedia and received wrong room and when it was address the front desk manger told me third party’s buyers don’t come before first so other who walk in gets room before reservations. Always was told no hot water , no WiFi , no extra beds or pull. Room was clean Pet friendly Poor customer service "
