"We have stayed at this property several times now and have always had a great experience. The staff has been consistently welcoming and always willing to help. On this sta we had a minor issue with the Roku cable freezing up a few times but returned to normal after being reset. Once by the engineer and we handled ourselves the second time. One word of caution on the parking. If you use Sopthero for the 720 N. Jefferson outdoor parking directly across the street from the hotel entrance on Jefferson it is the smaller lot roped off by chains with about 15 spots not the larger lot next to it. I had 3 -$90 parking tickets when I went out to my car. I was able to contact the company to have them removed since they also owned the lot next door and could see that I paid. "

"The room was decent, needs some paint and minor repairs. The closet door was broken and the bathroom sink drained slow...maybe a hair clot. The exterior door that should lock did not. It was extremely hot in the hallway and room, there were kids running through the hallways after 1a.m., there was a party across the hallway from us and they kept the door open..for access i guess, there were people in the walkway smoking weed.....so many things. I will not book here again. "

" I never checked in I requested to cancel due to the severe storms with 70+ mph winds that created a LOT I called Hotels.com before the allowed cancellation date, spent OVER ONE HOUR ON HOLD and gave up Here is the information you asked for, the answer is NO!!! Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel sent you a message: Marriott Replied Good morning, Lindsey, I’m really sorry to hear about the damage you experienced. 70 mph winds are no joke — that must have been a rough day. I hope everything is safe on your end and that recovery goes smoothly. HOTEL.COM CHAT said: Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel did not approve your refund request. This means your stay is still booked. Sorry, this isn’t the answer you were hoping for. The note below is from the property: Refund Declined ++++ I sent I think sent FOUR emails to BONVOY.PROGERAM@Marriott.com received only ONE REPLY It is spring break with a shortage of hotel rooms it would have been very easy for Marriott to sell that room again a most like a higher rate My opinion: People affect by a mishap, why wouldn't Marriott not have some compassion and understanding that 70+ mph winds that this is not their fault and just cancel your reservation or at least offer a credit for a future stay Clearly, profit com before people at Marriott, Your misfortunes should not be Marriott's problems and cut into their profits SAY NO!!! to HOTELS.COM SAY NO!! "I book through Expedia and received wrong room and when it was address the front desk manger told me third party’s buyers don’t come before first so other who walk in gets room before reservations. Always was told no hot water , no WiFi , no extra beds or pull. Room was clean Pet friendly Poor customer service "
