Staff dealt with this situation in a friendly and helpful manner and found a resolution as computers remained off all evening. Lovely room, food really good and staff very helpful at all times. Relaxed atmosphere and really good, clean swimming pool. "

"The hotel is in a very peaceful countryside location, but only 10 to 15 minutes from Gloucester, with good road links to the rest of the Cotswolds. Check in was easy and the staff were all very friendly, even though it was a very busy bank holiday weekend with two weddings and coach parties arriving. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with plenty of choice and at reasonable prices. The bedrooms were very spacious, with really big comfortable beds and good en-suite facilities. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again."
