"Extremely poor hygiene. We did pick this because it had a hot tub and a swimming pool. The hot tub was dirty, it had skunk marks around and a lot of froth would come up. The swimming pool had a lot of dirt at the bottom and dirt stains. The hotel did text me to ask if the stay was okay and if there was anything that they could do. I replied, telling them how disgusting the hot tub and the swimming pool were. They did nothing. We were there for two nights, they stayed just as dirty for the three days that we were there. This is a two star hotel, the price is very reasonable, but I do expect a certain level of. As mentioned, the hot tub and swimming pool were disgusting, the worst I've ever experienced over many years of staying at a number of different hotels. This hotel lacks general maintenance, in the room you could clearly tell that the walls, baseboards etc had not been cleaned for quite a while. This hotel has been neglected, it needs extreme facelift and clean up."

"Our trip started with a beautiful greeting at the front door and a quick and easy check-in whisking us up to our room with our belongings. The room was beautiful and well prepared as well as extremely clean. We were excited to use the pool and found that all the amenities within the location were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The staff are really what make this place, from the gal who was vacuuming the rugs to the managers. Everyone in between is so kind and courteous. Lots of options for food and the hotel itself. Had support for vegan and gluten-free options for breakfast! Definitely going to stay here again though I'm not sure I can get my kids out of here right now! I also have a mostly invisible disability and everyone has been very kind in caring even with that situation."

"It was a nice and new location. It looks like the construction was just finished and the parking lot was kind of a mess but the hotel was clean and new, people were very nice and the hotel had everything needed."

"Quiet well maintained hotel. We had a suite but no TV in the living room area, only the bedroom. Bedroom was hot - a/c worked very well in living room but blew hot air in the bedroom. Pool looked nice but we didn’t swim. "

"The room definitely needs a deep cleaning. I cleaned the shower myself to remove some of the mold. I also removed a lot of mold from the bottom of the patio doors. Upon arrival I received a text telling me to respond if I needed anything. The body wash was empty and I requested more towels (I stayed 2 nights) but there was no response. The in room jacuzzi was amazing and the staff were friendly. "
