There are no front desk, The room have an electronic lock that you will receive by email upon confirmation. But in my case I booked and paid trough Expedia ( 3 party) therefor no email for me, no codes, no room. I need to knock a front door at the entrance of the building to get someone to help me with the room number and the code. Issues at the room only email to the front desk email address not to handy. I will thinks twice to book this hotel again.

Our room was clean and efficient, safe, located down town so close to everything. it served our purposes very well. One thing to note is there is not an office on site. We had missed the email that was sent with our room number and door code, so we ended up calling the property. Once we called we got an answer right away and they where very helpful in answering our questions. We would recommend this property. It is an older building that has been recently renovated.

The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was good value for the price. The building has some older charm, so the floors were a little uneven and the stairs up to the room were quite steep. The walls were also a bit thin, so we could hear people talking in the next room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and felt it was reasonable for the price. I would suggest not to book people in rooms next to each other if there is space.

It was fine for a short stay, but that’s about it. Gave us a single towel for two people for two nights. They gave me two different entry codes (only one worked - caused confusion when checking in). The room was entirely on a slant. The AC worked really well. Comfortable enough.

Had to call to the number provided to receive a code for the door. Not a big deal, but it did take some time, so I recommend to give them a call in advance for a smoother process. Other that that, everything was very clean, and the location was awesome!

2 of us stayed at this property in September for 2 nights. We would like to give it a higher rating but there was too much lacking. The location was good, right on the main Street and there is ample parking at the back of building. The room its self was clean & the A/C works. The entrance stairs are extremely steep & the railing not secure to the wall. There was an overfull garbage can in the stairwell as well as pizza boxes on the floor that never moved during our stay. We found it hard to find the "deluxe" in this very small room. The bed was comfortable and bedding was nice but the bathroom needs major attention. The Barn door does slide open on its, the shower head was hanging down as the clip to hold was broken. The shower is on a very definite slant & not secured to the floor, which made it extremely dangerous, both my spouse & I almost slipped and fell. Towels where minimum for a 2 night stay and lastly there was no hairdryer. This is on me for forgetting to bring one! Sorry we cant give a higher rating, The photos of the outside do make it look like a quaint property but we were underwhelmed.

There is no fridge or microwave in the room. On top of that the shower is extremely small, water gets everywhere & the corridor to the room smells terrible. Only plus was the easy check in / contactless check in, parking at the back and the room appeared clean from what I could see.
