Staff were among the most friendly, helpful and accomodating of any hotel staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Hotel is close to all of Vancouver's many sites yet sits in a quiet neighbourhood ensuring a more tranquil stay.

I was a little apprehensive when I first saw the hotel as my car ride pulled over at the entrance. I had arrived a few hours early; my check-in time at 4. Thankfully, the receptionist came out soon after and assisted me immediately. Handra was very helpful and friendly. Not only did she make the check-in process quick and stress-free, she even provided several recommendations on places to eat around the area, particularly when it’s my first time in the city. I wish all hotel receptionists are like her!

Stayed here recently and came away impressed. The room felt more like a suite than a hotel room, plenty of space, a separate living room area, and even a dining table, which made it feel like a real home base rather than just a place to crash. Location is a huge plus if you're downtown for business or events. Right in the financial district, close to the harbor where the cruise ships come in, and an easy walk to BC Place (we were there for a concert) and the mall next door, which was surprisingly upscale and fun to wander through. The whole area felt safe and well kept, day or night. The gym is genuinely one of the best hotel fitness setups I've seen, weight room, cardio equipment, an indoor lap pool, plus an outdoor area overlooking the harbor. Great way to start the morning. Only downside during our stay was construction that had limited service to just one working elevator, which made getting up and down a bit of a wait at times. Didn't ruin the trip, but worth knowing before you go. Overall, would happily stay again.
