Staff was great. Friendly. There were two instances where the cleaning team did not get a chance to clean our room because they were running behind on other rooms. The rooms need some work and better maintenance. They didn’t feel quite clean when we arrived. Food needs improvement.

Just finished a stay Casa Joseph. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We had a one bedroom suite. The room was terrific with lots of space and a nice bathroom. The A/C worked great.
The grounds of the hotel were well taken care of and I can’t thank the staff enough for the wonderful hospitality. They were attentive and took care of any issues immediately.
Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Puerto Escondido.
