We have fixed this problem. You can no longer book this option through any platform. Sorry you had this occur. We did explain this on arrival, but you said you would be okay. You didn't ask us to find you any alternative accommodation. Though there were four people you had only been charged for two. Thus two people stayed for free.

We have a huge overflow parking area in front of the sheds near the main driveway. We are sorry you did not appreciate the upgrade to a two bedroom apartment. We should have given you the standard ensuite room which you actually booked.

We are sorry anonymous Mrs McKenzie has not enjoyed her stay with us. We have attended to the dusting behind the pictures. We could not locate any mould in the Wattle Studio room. We are alarmed that the guest has not wanted to co-operate with our covid safe plan regarding sanitising and taking rubbish to the bins. Health and safety of guests and staff are our paramount concern. Interestingly I did ask the guest if she could enlighten us to identifiying the issues, but she declined our request. Interestingly this review came from another guest, same room, same week, 10/10 rating "Value, Clean, Comfy and beautiful surrounds beautiful common grounds surround the accommodation, comfy and clean rooms. Gina was. great host and Sophie the resident dog is an absolute cutie." We are thinking some appreciate our rural location close to the beaches and others would prefer something else.
