Pillows with stain spots, dusty floor, a lot of hair on the floor, rest of candy packaging in the room, tissue paper used on the floor, a missing lamp, the sink was not cleaned and shower curtain with stain spots. Very small room. In addition, the hotel is overpriced! We paid 291 USD per night for something like that. I never paid this price for so poor quality! After one night, they changed us for another room, bigger and better cleaned. Although, still not correspond to the price paid. Room without any acoustic insulation, you can hear all the conversation from the next room. If the room next door use hot water, you can’t use it. I visited more than 30 different countries, never had such a bad experience. Hotel.com should not propose a hotel with such low quality as this one.
