It was fine for the cost. Construction right next door was an unpleasant surprise, there were construction workers right outside the window at 7:30am. However the staff were great, very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean.

This place managed by non contact check in and out with passcode when I checked in. It’s little bit early for travel Grand Teton and Yellow stone. Place is quiet and well maintained. I’m happy to choose this place to stay.

The property was not as advertised. The room was small, but the real problem was wasted space. The bathroom was big, but had a tiny vanity that was in poor condition. No shelves for toiletries. The shower curtain was too short so water splashed on the floor. The bathroom fan came on with the light and was so noisy that you couldn't hear anything else. The workmanship is very shoddy everywhere you look. The only redeeming quality is the location is close to the downtown square restaurants and shops.

Super convenient check in and check out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable as well. And it's in walkable distance from the Jackson Town square. I always stay here when visiting Jackson.

Absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again! It was the most comfortable bed and the down comforter I've had in the hotel! Cute and spacious room with a gas fireplace, a modern look overall. Very good water pressure, soft new towels and bedding! Housekeeper came every day, made bed and change towels, eventhough I didn't make a request- this was very nice! I stayed during the Rendezvous festival, which is busy and crowded time. This hotel is minutes away from the townsquare, but very isolated and quiet, good soundproof from neighbors and best sleep overall. Pricepoint was definitely something I was drawn towards- thank you for keeping it within the reasonable level, even if it's in Jackson! Minor thing: I came to the reception to ask for coffee pods 2 times, one time- got 6 pods with no problem, another day a person made a comment they were not open when I came in, although the door was open, and then commented with a slight attitude that I needed that many pods, but still gave it to me.
