Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic. "This was my second stay at The Lincoln Suites. It's very conveniently located, a short walk from West End theaters, the Holburn tube station and the Alwydch bus stops. In the evening, it's very quiet and there's very little foot traffic. There is a 24 hour front desk. Check-in was very quick. The apartment was spotless, well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. I had an issue with the towel warmer and it was promptly taken care of. "The folks at the front desk especially Paul was very nice and attentive. However we booked this hotel specifically for the washer and dryer in the room. They did not work and after a request to have them fixed they were not. Also make sure there are instructions on how to use them as they are very different than in the US. "
