Like the beautiful view, property decor at the lobby area asking with real fireplace, nice furniture, water pressure, comfortable beds, and most staff were welcoming and friendly. Dislike the check in male person, 2nd shift, because no welcome greeting was given. Dislike that the bench swing cushions were stained and cobwebs at the pergola. Pool needs updating, stained hallway carpeting, stained carpet in our room, and no water glass in our bathroom and, thin rough towels. Despite that we paid for Breakfast, food was underwhelming, similar to breakfast at other hotel chains with free breakfast.

Overall a great experience. Top of my list for Asheville hotels downtown.

I stay at a lot of hotels and there is no question that The Restoration is now in my top 5. Perfectly situated in downtown Asheville, the property is close to everything. Park the car and forget about it, because everything is in walking distance. The hotel itself is gorgeous, well appointed and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and modern with all the amenities you need. The staff are awesome from the moment you valet until you check out the staff truly understands and models customer service. Don't miss the cool roof top bar with great views and go have some fun donwstairs in the mini entertainment and bar area. If you are looking to visit Asheville look no futher, this is your place.
