Lake Chatuge Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"A bit dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good location next to the lake and main road."

Days Inn by Wyndham Murphy

10/10 Excellent

"I stayed at a Hamptons Inn last Dec,,and it had a lot to be desired. They didn't clean the room not even every 2 days, I had to go to the front desk and find someone to help to get towels, sheets, etc And hunt down housekeeping to tell them it needed cleaning, and when they did show up all the guy did was put towels on my bed,no sheets. But this Days Inn is top notch,I was surprised theyare owned by the same company. Go figure"

Copperhead Lodge and Resort Cabin Rentals

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely loved our cabin we had a private hot tub and a wrap around Deck with the swing facing the mountains. The grounds are perfectly manicured the restaurant The Flying trout is delicious the staff is just amazing I met the owner of the place as well as the restaurant. Everything was so well taken care of and well stocked it was beautiful we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place there's a cabin for everyone plus they have entertainment on the weekends a mini Amphitheater there's a sitting area a hiking trail a creek behind the back of the property it's just something that has everything"

Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination

8/10 Good

"The hotel is in a newer building, so everything was clean and well-maintained. However, the service was disappointing, especially at check-in and the food court. Check-in took about 40 minutes, which was frustrating. The Starbucks experience was even more confusing. We were waiting in line for our morning coffee when the employees suddenly left for a break in the middle of serving customers. This caused a long delay, and I couldn't understand why they would all take a break while customers were still waiting. Aside from the poor service from certain staff members, the hotel itself was nice and in good condition. It's a shame that the service didn't match the quality of the facilities."
