A good place to stay when passing through town. It was quiet and clean.

Lovely place to stay. Miles and John went out of their way to accommodate me. Would definitely stay here again.

The room seemed new - no wear and tear and spotlessly clean. My one complaint lies not with the management but the builder. My floor had a pronounced hump which put stress on the laminate flooring that squeaked every time I moved on it. Not a big deal for me but I felt bad for the occupants below. I did my best to be quiet at my 0500 rise and exit but... there were still some squeaks. The location was quite convenient for both getting down to Whyte Ave and for leaving the city.

Room was ok, bed was really comfortable, That was probably the best part of the stay. Upgrades had been done but there were silly touches like nowhere to put soap or anything in the walk-in shower, and the pulls for the blinds were covered in annoying plastic safety guards that made it really hard to open or close them. Paper thin Kleenex and toilet paper. The hallway smelled pretty bad. Some of the staff could use a bath and haircut, and one was quite surly with me. Location was good, parking was secure. I would likely choose elsewhere next time. Hopefully the hotel upgrades they’re undergoing help.

Service as usual is excellent!! Just keep an eye for the amenities that is needed to maintain. Toilet bowl flush is not working well.
