It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton

The staff made this hotel really stand out and shine. They are the most warm, accommodating and helpful staff you could ever meet and they made the stay extra memorable. From the gentleman who greeted me and my mom at the door, to the young gentleman who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, to the restaurant staff who made the awesome meal even more special. I was really impressed. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing people running the show. The hotel is old but well-maintained and clean. Parking can be a bit tricky with the tight spiral and limited space but still ok given the location. Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent location! I always have a good sleep each time. I've stayed there 4 times!!!!

Everyone was very eager to help and friendly. Be sure to ask for water they offer it free but you must ask. The restaurant on site had great food and the staff their was wonderful as well.
