"Communication with owner was outstanding. Updates were very nice. Location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. The only thing that we missed, was having a TV in the bedroom. Other than that we had a good time."

"Very charming townhouse, great location. Stairs heading to the second floor were a little steep, but easy enough manage once you get used to it. Kitchen was spacious and larger than anticipated. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well."

"This extremely well renovated historic site could not possibly be in a better location for exploring Frederick. Danny was very responsive and checking in and out were easy. Keep in mind it's an historic site at the intersection of two streets, half a block from the art center and a lovely bridge across the creek - all positives, but you do need to keep privacy in mind. Sort of like a condo at the beach right on the boardwalk. Regardless, we're already talking about this spot becoming our go-to...

"Great place to gather and close to NIH and all other amenities desired for our weekend. Grass was cut and peonies in bloom which made it feel welcoming. Would stay there again if needing a group family place in returning to NIH. Elizabeth and Martin very responsive."

"We loved the property. It was just as described in the profile. The place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed while staying in a home-away-from home. It had ample space for my family and me. We did have issues with contacting the host but am not sure this was an issue on his part or with VRBO. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely plan to try to make it a regular place on our list of stays while our daughter is in college."

"We enjoyed our stay at this home! It was well stocked with many complimentary amenities and the neighborhood was peaceful. We felt safe in this area and had great access to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Access into DC was easy (an EZ Pass toll tag definitely helps!). We had great communication with the owner. We will definitely stay here again if and when we are in the area!"

"This property is huge. Big rooms. Big outdoor area. Nice bedrooms. Nice pool but it was out of season to use. Kitchen had necessaries. Owner was always available for those momments of necessity. Its a trek to downtown DC & any shopping or restaurants. But local area is beautiful."
