"Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around."

"An old house with lots of character. Very spacious, had everything we needed. The pictures of the bedrooms weren’t accurate to the overall beds at the house, and the property manager didn’t answer messages in a timely manner when we were having an issue with the heat. The property owner however was super nice and very helpful, and made sure to help with anything we needed. Would stay again"

"This house is listed as a 3 bed 2 bath house. The three bedrooms are very small but you can get by for a day or two. The beds were in rough shape and not very comfortable. The queen (I think it was a queen but seemed smaller) has a frame but the box spring is just on the floor. The bathroom upstairs is very narrow. The second bath downstairs is not one you’d want to use. There is a ton of old trash and clothes scattered all over the basement. Overall it seems like whoever bought this house...

"This house was perfect. It was clean, and well equipped. Beautiful location. We found so many nearby fall activities. And the foliage was peaking, everywhere was beautiful. The Intervale Pancake House next to Pats Peak has a great breakfast. Hikes in Fox Forest. I enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning with my coffee and the evening with my wine. "We used this house as a base for a for a week long Mother-Daughter-Granddaughter get together. The large kitchen (actually 2 of them) and gathering rooms were perfect for entertaining as well as the huge deck. We had a cook-out one day and had around 22 people popping in and out. "Nicole and Jason were incredible hosts. They were quick to respond, and were extremely helpful. The house was extremely clean, and we loved the open concept. One of our family members is in a wheelchair, and was able to get around the house with ease. The house was fully equipped with towels, blankets, bedding, dishes, and more. Overall, an exceptional experience."
