"Just a couple of niggles. Wifi didn't work in hotel or lodge. When changing the room, forgot to give me a clean towel. No information about what to do in Bournemouth - might had helped "

"My friend and I went from Monday -Friday. On arriving the staff were lovely however got to the room and it was dark. My friend and I said if they had arranged the bedroom differently it wouldn’t have felt so dark. The heater in the bathroom was so dangerous. Also the whole hotel needed some TLC. But the staff made up for the rest of it every member of staff was lovely. "
