Southbourne Beach Tours and Activities

Lovely old building; however bathroom could have done with a deep clean. It was an extremely hot day and, although there was a fan, we had to close the window due to outside noise and it was stifling. We were notified only the day before that the hotel was hosting a prom and they were all congregating outside in the garden under our window! Asked to be moved but manager said hotel was full and asked" what do you expect me to do?" On a positive note, food was good and pool was lovely. Will not book again.

Was pretty much what I expected and exactly what I needed. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and apologetic for the lack of wi-fi. Room and bathroom were clean but things like carpet and paint definitely need updating.
