No one working on property, no parking, cleaning people came twice in the morning after being sent and completed multiple emails to select check out time.

Cozy accommodations close to Back Bay and Fenway. A little too cozy for a couple - better for a solo leisure stay (no desk or working space). Rooms in pics look bigger than what it actually is. Garden level rooms will be a bit noisy. Excellent location and spotless and good security.

The property was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and modern finishes. It was graduation season when I stayed there, so it was a little loud, but I brought a sound machine, which helped a lot, since I am a light sleeper. Highly recommend this place--great location, close to lots of things to do, good food, and shopping.

Great location. So close to Fenway Park. A very eclectic cool little place to stay. Could be a little noisy outside. I couldn’t figure out the TV, but that’s me, snd I wasn’t there to watch tv anyway. Somewhat sparse but surprisingly comfortably accommodated. I like staying in different types of places- and this one fit the bill.

For the price, a better cup of coffee would be appreiciated. Also, a woman walked into my room at 11pm, (8 hadn't locked it behind me) but she thought her reservation started that night!
