"Stayed a couple of times but on March 8 2026 room smells like a hospital room "

"The staff was not friendly or helpful. When I checked in they didn't great me and were very methodical. Same in the morning when I asked for late checkout. They just said no. I get it, you can't always accommodate, but just a friendly "I'm sorry" would have been nice. Someone erroneously charged my room and they just gave me a phone number and told me to call tomorrow with no explanation of what the charges represented. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times but will choose somewhere else next time."

"The first room we were given was not clean. We had to request a different room. They state a queen-size bed, but it is a full-size bed instead. It was a basic stay with basic amenities. No microwave in the room. The hot water took 20 mins to come."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations. We may have been on a floor that had yet to be renovated. A lamp and a charger were unplugged. But the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again. "
