You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Belle Vue - 2 chambres / Chartrons

It includes:

an entrance

a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, internet/wifi and a table for 6 persons

an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hotplate, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and everything you need to cook (utensils, cutlery, etc.)

a 1st bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a closet

a 2nd bedroom with two single beds of 80 x 200 cm and storage space

an office area

a shower room with two sinks, a hair dryer and a heated towel rack

a separate toilet

The apartment also includes a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on your arrival.

Extra fees :

Late arrivals, supplements apply:

30€ between 8pm and 10pm,

50€ between 10pm and 11pm,

80€ after 11pm.

Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.

Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.

Sundays and public holidays:

If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.

Cleaning:

The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks.

If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance.

Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.

A little bit of history:

In 1383, the Chartreux de Vauvlaire in Périgord, expelled from their monasteries by the war, found shelter in Bordeaux. They set up in the North of the city, out of the walls, near the Garonne. Their name 'gascon de chartros' is still connected to the Chartrons district nowadays.

We loved the apartment. Its great location and great view made our trip to Bordeaux even more memorable. We also loved the fully decked out kitchen - we enjoy cooking when travelling & this apartment made it easy! We would highly recommend this apartment to families!
