Inside, the warm timber walls, Blue Granite countertops, and copper fixtures create a rustic-yet-modern charm. This studio apartment features a queen bed, a twin sleeper sofa, and sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child comfortably.

\-Recycling does not need to be sorted, except for bottles and cans that are refundable in Maine. These can be set aside—feel free to return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them.  
  
\-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property.  
  
\-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.  
  
\-Damage Policy: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $750, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded)  
  
Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing the following items as needed.

\-Be mindful of water usage. Excessive use (especially back-to-back showers or laundry) may temporarily drain the well or hot water. Give it time to replenish between uses.

This is a well appointed apartment in the heart of Boothbay Harbor. I loved having the deck (even though it was December) because i could look out on the water and the Christmas lights after everyone else went home. This apartment is clean and well stocked with extra blankets and kitchen items. It is a small apt but it doesnt feel tight. The layout is good and the bed is very comfortable. You can easily walk to the water, shops and restaurants. 5 stars - highly recommend.

This location was very convenient for tour boat trips, restaurants and shopping. There are high end appliances and lighting, and the interior is furnished in a rustic dog-themed way. There is a dedicated parking space, which was wonderful as available street parking was limited over the holiday weekend.
