It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable, but Alex truly goes above and beyond. Their customer service was exceptional — friendly, efficient, and thoughtful in every interaction. They made the check-in process seamless and were happy to answer questions and ensure everything about my stay was perfect. Alex is a fantastic representative of the Comfort Inn brand, and their positive attitude really stood out. "Clean and modern rooms. Breakfast is ok. Lots of options. Eggs were a bit over cooked in what ever pan they came out of. For being included, it's alright. I would stay again. Google map pin could be dropped closer to the main entrance. I ended up driving to the back by following the current directions."

"Location was convenient, right in Orillia. I was attending a show at Casino Rama. The motel is older, but everything worked fine in the room. It was very hot (high 70s ?) in the room because there is no thermostat or way to control the amount of heat. There were additional heaters in the room, but I can't imagine you'd need them. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was convenient. Mattress was very comfortable, bedding and towels were nice and white/fresh/clean. Room had TV, mini fridge, single serve coffee maker. It was inexpensive and worked out fine as I really only needed somewhere to sleep and shower. Met my needs for a couple nights stay."
