Modern hotel with multiple control panels for curtains and lighting. A bit of overkill with this level of customization provided for controlling the many lighting options. Floor motion sensors turn on certain bathroom lights automatically in the middle of the night which can be very disruptive for those who prefer to sleep in darkness. Beds were also a bit too soft for our liking. Room was large enough and very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A full cup coffee maker would be nice.

The hotel was great. It is newly renovated and we loved that there was no carpet in the rooms. The rooms also have great lighting. Our only complaint was that it really smelled like weed in the hallway and our clothes left smelling like it.

The rooms are beautifully designed. The service is impeccable. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff when walking in and out of the property, always greeted. Room was very clean and great view of the city from the room. Felt very secure with the elevator swipe and a staff member watching the elevators. Breakfast was not a normal breakfast. This was a full breakfast buffet and we ate great every morning. The staff was also great there as well. The location was within walking distance from everything to do downtown as we came for the Jays games. I would definitely stay here again for my next Toronto trip.

Terry and I had a wonderful stay at The Hazelton Hotel this past Saturday night. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Our room was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true luxury retreat, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food—everything we ordered was delicious and well-prepared. A highlight of my stay was the facial at the spa , which was relaxing and expertly done. It added an extra layer of indulgence to an already memorable experience. We would absolutely recommend The Hazelton Hotel to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
