"Breakfast, coffee and cereal/fruit or bagel,I was fined $52 for smoking in the room. I DID'NT smoke in the room, I smoked outside, put the cigarette butt in my pocket and went back to my room to pack and checkout. I threw the butt in the trash in the room. Housekeeping took a picture of THAT, said there was hazy smoke on the air (2 hours later, after I checked out) and insisted that I smoked in the room I am appalled and angry that they are basically calling me a liar, and I will have my bank contest and return my $52 if not the entire amount. "

"The fan was essential in keeping the heat down from the loft area. It worked very well. Our purpose for being in the area was pancake breakfast, trip to PA for shopping and a quiet weekend. Mission accomplished. Peaceful setting over looking the Genesee River especially if you like woodstove and fire pit."

"Exactly as pictured. So calm and peaceful. About 20 min to ellicotville. My only recommendation is to bring extra pillows and make sure you have a car that can make it up the gravel driveway. Really great stay. Very clean as well. Would come back!"

"Beautiful Cabin up state in PA and an extremely quiet area. my buddies and I came up for a ski trip as well as to explore the area, we had a blast. sadly its the middle of winter here and the pipes unfortunately froze up on our first day. Ken was absolutely amazing the entire time and assured us he would try and get it fixed and if not would find another accommodation for us. in the end we got to stay at another place directly in the town of coudersport, which was called "Stay with Olga" they have a ton of various spots all around the area and we got to stay in one the upstairs apartments, it was absolutely beautiful, the artwork was filled with love and the place was very clean and amazing. John was the owner of that establishment and was amazing the entire time, I only wish I could review John as well, Ken, please tell John and Olga thank you so much for everything they did that weekend! "
