The hotel is absolutely adorable. Staff were super nice and their customer service was immaculate. Everything was walkable for example, restaurants, salons, and grocery stores. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Nos encanto, staff muy agradable. Servicio de comida al cuarto fue excelente, parking comodo, utiluzamos hasta el lavado de ropa y todo fue excelente. Lo unico fue que nuestro cuarto el aire acondicionado se apagaba solo, y precia cuando queria. Pase un calor algunas noches.

Excellent hotel and staff. Breakfast was excellent. My only concern was the noise from the street. My room was at the second floor of the building. Maybe higher floors won't have this problem.

i have stayed here possibly 50x and ihave always had a good stay , but this time i have to be honest , the place was under renovation , they would work in the middle of the night you could hear hammering , tools etc , the spa was closed , the lobby was a mess at times, and the best and funniest I always give me credit card at arrival and for some unforseen reason the person at reception did not open an account for expenses against my credit card , so last night I ate a 40 dollar dinner and after signing to my room the server chased me into the elevator and told me I did not have an open account and i had to pay for the dinner , I was one humiliated and two furious and embarrassed for him, anyways gave my card to reception told them i needed to speak to a manager ( still waiting ) bottom line and unfortunately I can never stay here again

Extremely old property. The services was great but the property itself is in very old condition. Our sink in our room was was clouded. The AC did ‘t work. The door didn’t want to lock. Again the services was great but the building needs a lot upgrade.
