"Staff was absolutely amazing. Kudos to the Front desk employees and breakfast lady. Very welcoming and accomadating. The TV in the room really needed some help. Upgrade on screen and choices to watch. Definitely needs a little upgrading as do the rooms etc but otherwise really enjoyed. Breakfast options were hot and very good. Would have loved to use the pool but it rained the entire time. Not the hotels fault. 2 restaurants next door made this ideal for rest and relaxation for a couple of days. Very good option on a budget or just because. Would definitely stay again."

"This house was perfect for our group which was 8 adults and 10 kids. There was so much to do between the lake, pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, playing ping pong and cornhole. The inside of the entire house was very clean and all the appliances, including the grill outside worked perfectly. We didn't make much use of the pool table and shuffleboard since there was so much to do outside. But it's always nice to have indoor options in case it rains! This might not be a huge win for other families but for us, the THREE refrigerators were so nice to have since we cooked all our meals. The location is great because you can put in an HEB order at either the Kingsland or Marble Falls location and have it delivered within range. Highly recommend a boat rental for the day. The house comes with a boat slip so was really convenient to dock the boat in and out. Plus, the lake is large enough to go tubing!A few things that would have been nice to have:-Beach towels: Very little amount compared to the capacity of the house. -Life jackets: Minimal amount of adult and kids compared to how many kayaks and paddleboards were available. -Essential Cooking Ingredients: We got by just fine but would be nice to have some of the basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. We will definitely be coming back to Kingsland!"

"We rent VRBO home regularly for our family getaways and this was one of the best we’ve ever had. The home was perfect for our family, was VERY clean, well maintained, and had a well-equipped & organized in the kitchen. The management company was very responsive and provided helpful information about the community. Our kudos to them for taking such care in managing this owner’s property. The boat dock and waverunner slip was great and kept our boat and waverunner safe & handy. The boat house had toys for our granddaughters so the kids had a blast and basically lived in the water. It was a wonderful way to spend the last weekend of summer. There is also the friendliest bobtail cat that came by every morning and evening to visit the little girls. They were in love with the home and the kitty. Thank you allowing us to borrow your home for making family memories."
