« The neighborhood is walkable, which is a tough find for an Indian city. It was even walkable from the metro station. The room was very good other than the fact that I had no view whatsoever. « From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. « I'd have given it 4 or 5 stars except for one very bad experience which is causing me to give a poor rating. It has to do with laundry I had put out of my room one morning. A staff person (who was delivering newspapers) grabbed it out of my hands. But I never received it that evening. I called the front desk, but they did not return my call and did not know. Next morning, the same staff person who had picked the laundry bag said he does not remember anything. Different staff people kept asking...

« Location inside a labyrinth of narrow lanes. Was offered room at 2nd floor (Level 3) with no Elevator. Just a narrow staircase to access. I had arrived from Singapore with my wife and had a overnight stopover in Delhi so chose this location on account of proximity to Lajpat Nagar where I had some work. Place didn't give me good feeling. I arrived at 9pm. There was no staff to help me carrying up my heavy luggage. Frustrated with above, I just left the place without checking in and...

« A terrible, terrible experience. This is a big scam. The pictures of the hotel are not from this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they told me I had to wait before I could enter the room, that because they were filling holes in the wall, and trying to put the sockets back in the wall. When we finally get the room, it has not been washed. We found trash under the bed, urine on and around the toilet, and residue of feces in the toilet. « Personnel are polite but they make you repeat your request 10 Times. I was given a wrong room for 2 days, they said its international app so they dont seethe type of room i booked. Finally on third day agreed to upgrade the room. For 2 days in a standard room i was not refunded or given complimentary service, they simply said sorry. I would recommend never to stay at this place. »
