A staff person (who was delivering newspapers) grabbed it out of my hands. But I never received it that evening. I called the front desk, but they did not return my call and did not know. « On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate. We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they...

« I couldn't stay in this hotel so moved out immediately after check in. The restroom is rusted, bed is terrible and a stinking smell in the room. I have not received the refund either. The price which i have paid is no where close for this type of hotels. Both the exorbitant price and the pictures were not real »

« The neighborhood is walkable, which is a tough find for an Indian city. It was even walkable from the metro station. The room was very good other than the fact that I had no view whatsoever. The translucent windows opened out to a back alley staircase. The hotel diner and housekeeping were very good. »

The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am.
