Block Island Vacation Rentals

"I will say that once upon a time this would have been a lovely property. It is just ok now. Our bathroom was dirty. There was a dirty handprint on the wall of the bathroom that was fairly gross. You get hit by a $50 resort fee, which I dont understand. They offer you two free rum punches and I suppose that makes it a resort. Westerly Beach is beautiful and the setting is great. I can't say any other of the hotels looked much better but this place couod use some TLC."

"We had a wonderful stay Jo-Ann met us checked us in and gave us a tour of the property. She was very helpful with giving us suggestions of where to go and recommended Monica the local tour guide/taxi driver to give us a tour of the island. Don’t miss the breakfast and the wine tasting. We are looking forward to our next visit."

"Great hotel. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. View is amazing, with gorgeous sunrise view in the morning. Clean, stuff is friendly Highly recommend!!!!"

"Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted us was extemly nice and professional. However, he didnt know wich room or area we were staying in. He asked if we were staying in the Farm house we said yes. He then began to ask if we were sure we wanted to stay in that room since it was two bedrooms and there was only two of us. (Absolutely this is what we paid for.) He took us to the farm suite wich i thought was very nice. Until he opened the door and there was another guests stuff in the room. He apologized, we all had a laugh, and then i pulled up my reservation and confirmed it was the apartment not the suite. He drove us back to the lobby to get the farm house suite key. I was willing to let that go, this morning we were trying to catch the 11:00am ferry. We stoped in the lobby to return our key and grab breakfast wich is listed from 8am-11am. We walked in at 10:20 asked the person cleaning the tables if we could grab some breakfast and were told no, its too late. So to be honest, this "resort" has no real food on site, they do 30-45 minutes of "champagn and nibble" in the evening, and breakfast for 2 hours at 8am. Note to the owner: Subpar experience for $500 a night."

"The Kathryn Sullivan room was nice and spacious. The bathroom needs some work with the tub being SUPER slippery and the shower control rather iffy... The rest of the room was great with a very nice full kitchen. Very nice AC and heat systems. No real view outside but quiet green spot on the island. "
