Located in a private community of waterfront homes nestled within a pristine salt water estuary overlooking Block Island Sound. Short walk to East Matunuck beach and several restaurants, including one of RI's most popular Matunuck Oyster Bar. Private, gated, manicured grounds with multiple amenities including a kayak launch with direct access to Potter Pond. Water views from every angle. Main floor includes kitchen with quartz countertops and high end appliances, dining and living areas, bedroom, bathroom and laundry closet. From here you can step out to expansive deck and enjoy waterviews and beautiful sunsets. Loft offers queen size bed and 2 twin beds. Ground level offers family room, bathroom and another bedroom. Ground level leads to a stone patio & outdoor shower. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.
