The room was clean the air conditioning was perfect at 60 degrees and the heater (hubby is anemic)was perfect at H2. The front desk staff was courteous, polite and professional. The eateries in the area McDonald's, the Chinese Restaurant and the Pizzeria are over priced and the food was not that good. There is a deli on the corner of 93rd Street is reasonably priced and the sandwiches and salads were delicious. I can't comment on parking because we took a taxi and public transportation. Overall we had a good time and a nice experience.

Fabulous experience. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Especially while checking-in. Would come back again! Rooms are thoughtfully designed and have amazing views!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room that is in excellent condition. Same with the bathroom.
Front desk are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and can anticipate our needs before we even ask for it. Same with the bell staff and the security.
Free coffee in the morning. Free water all day (in a giant bucket in the evenings and at the bell station during the day).
No pool. Fitness center is available but not the best.
ROOM 3501 is AMAZING. The corner room understandable has windows on the north and east side of the buildings. We very much enjoyed the sunrise, morning, afternoon and evening views from our room.
Couch pulls out into a bed.
Vibe is definitely nice.
Location is VERY convenient: It's across the street from Central Park and about 2 blocks from a subway station.

"Super convenient location, especially on rainy days, with direct access to Grand Central Station. The lobby is beautiful, and the elevators are quick and efficient. While the rooms are a bit outdated, they are still comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely return."
