Perfect location for us. Be aware that the "King-sized" bed in the Hers suite is actually a daybed, two twins. Also, no a/c which isn't usually a problem for Black Forest CO., but it was unseasonably warm during our visit and it would have been nice to have been made aware of this before booking. If you need a place to stay near NW Colorado Springs I'd recommend the Black Forest B&B, with the above reservations.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! Great food, amazing rooms.
The only sad part for our family was that the hot tub was out of service.

The one comment I can make is that the house keeping did not make the beds daily. They also missed changing the towels the last night of our 3 nights stay.

Wow! This hotel is modern and new. Everything was absolutely lovely, beds were super comfy, and the staff so very kind and helpful. We had two small dogs and there was lots of space for them to run and do their business. Fresh coffee in lobby 24/7. Several restaurants minutes away. This place was both reasonably priced and well worth the stay.
