Front desk was unable to help when we asked for extra pillows, stating he was too busy to get up and get them. There was a man sitting in the lobby with two large wooden sticks talking to himself about going to prison and taking some people to court. We did not feel safe here with our young children. The front desk closes and doesn’t open until 9 am, which makes it difficult to get help if you need something. Our room was clean and fairly comfortable, but we will choose another hotel next time.

This was a great hotel to stay at! The value for what I received was almost on par with a four star hotel. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful. Overall, a great day.

Although it was a long wait for a room, we understood being short staffed and with back to back check in and outs kevin did an amazing job.... I stay at woodsprings all the time now while traveling so far they have great employees.. And cant complain about the amazing views

When you see the property on the web page it’s rated as an excellent.our beds were squeaky the rooms was not that clean and all the comments from the other guest were lots of weird people living there I do not recommend it if you have a family and kids around.

The room was very clean and appeared to have new fixtures and appliances. The location was outstanding and within walking distance of lots of food options and a few entertainment options. The entire facility looked very clean and new, and my only three complaints are that the beds were not super comfortable (not terribly uncomfortable, mind you, just not the most plush), the blinds were not very room darkening, and also even though our room was non-smoking, we could detect smoke smell in the hallway because apparently there are a few rooms where people are allowed to smoke inside their room. I get the impression those might be longer duration guests. Overall, it was a great option with families.

This hotel was clean but definitely bare bones. We got a great rate and knew that the area surrounded the hotel was not bad and we wouldn’t be staying long so we took a chance. Since it’s an extended stay hotel some of the people that are there are a little rough looking. The noise travels like crazy in this hotel. Also there is no coffee or even coffee pots in the rooms but there is a hot plate and large fridge. Overall it wasn’t awful but we probably wouldn’t choose it again.

Limited amenities, no coffee in the room or in the lobby. The bed nd sheets were OK but not stellar. That said, the room was spotlessly clean and quiet, the staff was friendly and responsive, and it was very close to many attractions in the area, as well as my medical appointment. It was also significantly less expensive than the surrounding properties. Overall, no frills, but nice.
