Nice, clean and updated and very close and easy location for Ford Amphitheater concerts, shopping and restaurants galore all very close by and right off the highway!! Important things checked all the boxes…comfortable beds, TV with options to stream, plenty of wall plug ins located around the room, as well as USB plug ins, plenty of towel racks / hooks in the bathroom, nice counter space area and good shower with nice products! Will definitely stay here again.

Would’ve given 5 stars but the check-in was delayed. I understand they were understaffed with a full hotel, but the lady checking us in said they’d call our names when our rooms were ready while we waited in the lobby. Soon, others were checking in and got their rooms. At 3:40 (40 minutes after our check-in time) I went to the front desk and asked if our room was ready. Come to find out our room was already ready but no one let us know. Everything else was good. Our room was clean except for a sticky area on the floor by the kitchenette. The breakfast was nice with plenty of options.

Very well maintained hotel. It is a well taken care of building and great care has been taken to keep it clean. All staff were cheerful and helpful. The pool was the cleanest hotel pool I’ve seen.

The room was very clean and the bed / linens were very comfy. We opted for the room with the balcony so we could have a view of the mountains. It wasn’t a direct view , but more off to the right - still beautiful ! It had a large bathroom with shampoo , conditioner , lotion, body wash , hair dryer , etc. The refrigerator in the room was nice along with the big couch and desk / sitting area. It was a very quiet stay - no noise from surrounding rooms or outdoor area. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. We didn’t utilize the breakfast or pool but they both looked nice. Overall great experience ! IHOP is right around the corner too

Breakfast was a nice rotating selection. Room was comfortable. Very accommodating at checkin when we arrived about 90 minutes before checkin. TV did not work. Staff was willing to move us to a new room but since we were already unpacked and only in for two nights we declined. Great location to the Academy
