« The room smelled horrible like it was a room used for smoker... The smell was so bad that I could not sleep. Also I don't know why the room was for disable person. And I'm not disable, I would have prefer to have a room with a regular bath than a bath... And I'm also hoping they don't use this room for people who have a disability because people deserve to have a room whitch smell clean and not like old tobacco ! I did not understand how to use the wifi it drove me to something where I need...

« Pour commencer arrivé à l’hôtel, l’hôte à l’accueil ne nous a clairement rien expliquer sur les moyens de transport, l’hôtel… il nous a seulement parler du petit déjeuner pendant 5 minutes en essayant de nous le vendre. Il nous donne la carte de la chambre en nous disant de sortir et d’aller à gauche, sans même nous proposer de l’aide pour les bagages et le simple fait de nous montrer le lieu de la chambre sachant qu’on a mis 10 minutes à trouver la chambre. Donc premier point l’accueil et les...
