I would definitely stay here again The beds in the twin rooms are unusually high which is not good for short people but asides from that the hotel is great. Loved the spa and the Resto and the jazz night. The staff were very friendly

Hotel was everything you would expect and staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't eat there or use the Spa, so can't comment. One thing that reduces the score to 4 out of 5 is the somewhat disingenuous approach to parking facilities: offering Hotel parking in the basement of the multistorey car park overnight for £18, but if you park on any other level, it's £6.60... Discovered this because the Hotel section of the car park was full - it's not a massive amount of money, but to some it would make a difference.

We stayed on a floor that has recently been renovated. Rooms are nicely done. The room we booked is accessible with a wet bath. We were able to change it to a standard room without charge. Service is great. They willingly brought over a mini-fridge for our use. The fridge fits nicely in the closet. Location is good. Very close to the busy shopping areas and within walking distance from the train station.

Nice to return to this property after a few years. Stayed for 2 nights and the service was very good - especially David on the front desk and Ellie in the bar. The room was well appointed with the only downside being the aircon pegged to 19° which isn't ideal in this heat.

Lovely modern hotel in centre of Guildford and easy walking distance of local sights, shops restaurants etc. Good that had parking available at reasonable cost. Outdoor terrace and spa facilities looked good although didn’t use spa. Only stayed 1 night but would happily stay again and longer in future.

The Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Restaurant’s served delicious food. My room was perfectly cleaned every day. If in the Guildford/London area visiting I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel and made use of the spa, which although small was perfect for a hour to relax in amd wasn't crowded. The hotel is in a great location at the top of the high st so we were able to explore the town as well as use the hotel facilities. The bedroom was comfortable and large. The only negative was that the extractor fan wasn't working in the bathroom so it took ages to demise. Plenty of choice for breakfast but could have had more staff on to clear tables. All in all a great stay and would recommend Harbour Hotel

Check in was no problem and very helpful and fast. Their maintenance team was on the ball and were investigating the issue with air conditioning before we could report it. This was fixed quickly and before we got back from dinner. Well done. Breakfast had a great choice. We used the spa services and they were pleasant and efficient and a great massage. Been here before and pleased to say standards maintained. Room clean, bathroom great.
