"Good location, check in pleasant, you drive to your room and can park right in front of it which is A+, no batteries in remote, no netflix as advertised, phone inoperable, when I asked if we could have a refund for those reasons and go somewhere else, he said only option was a room change or to take it up with Expedia (which everyone knows wouldn't work).
