« La chambre n'était pas propre, des cafards morts étaient sous le lits. Le sommier tenait par des calles sous le lit. Les luminaires ne fonctionnaient pas et la literie de mauvaise qualité. Le quartier n'était pas safe du tout. Je déconseille cet hôtel et je n'y reviendrais jamais. »

« Location is convenient since it’s very close to Disney parks and a super cheap option. Sheets are cheap but clean, room and bathroom not so clean. Staff don’t seem to care, breakfast is very basic. »

« I had a really great stay at Duo Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with excellent service and a fantastic...

« I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another. The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us! »

"Les chambres étaient sales, désuètes et malpropres. Les photos ne représentent aucunement la réalité. Je dis ''les chambres'' car la dame à l'accueil a proposée de nous montré deux autres chambres suite à notre refus de prendre la première. Elles étaient toutes dans un état lamentable. Les stores sont brisés, les gens peuvent voir à l'intérieur des chambres. Comble de l'horaire, le loquet de la porte était brisé... la dame de l'accueil nous réponds que ce n'est pas grave et pas dangereux puisqu'ils ont des caméras sur place... Traces de moisissures évidentes, des lampes brisées et de la poussières partout et y avait une forte odeur de nourriture. Tout était dégueulasse! À notre arrivée des gens fumaient devant notre porte, un homme était installé dans une voiture juste en face à regarder ce qui se passe dans l'hôtel, des chiens jappaient dans une chambre voisine. Aucune intimité vu les stores brisés, c'est un espace non-sécuritaire et je ne recommande à personne. Nous avions réservé plusieurs nuits et nous avons refusé d'y séjourner et l'hôtel a refusé de nous rembourser. Selon la préposé à l'accueil, seule la directrice générale pouvait prendre action et elle était malade, ensuite pas disponible avant lundi, etc. Bref, c'est seulement elle qui peut agir mais elle semble injoignable! (Quelle surprise!) Expedia se dégage de sa responsabilité et ne veut pas agir non plus... même si ce qu'il présente de cet hôtel ne représente pas la réalité. Déplorable! N'y allez pas!"
