« We had a group of 7 for our vacation and this house provided more than ample room. Was fully stocked with everything we needed. The sunrise view was amazing. The location was perfect. A short ride to Key West or Marathon. Plenty of outdoor seating. The boat ramp was not far for us to launch the boat and plenty of parking for the trailer. Had a small issue with pool but Karen had that taken care of in less than an hour. She answered any questions we had immediately. Wonderful to work with. I...

« We had an amazing stay at Tropical Tides. We had several questions before our trip which were quickly answered - communication and check-in were excellent. We brought our boat and the location was perfect for boating and fishing. Easy to park our trailer and put the boat in the water for our stay. My teen and I enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood and the community pool. House was extremely clean and the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. « We had a great stay! The view from the balcony of this house is 180 degrees of the ocean and several distant keys. We loved enjoying coffee and wine on the balcony and watching the wildlife. The house is new and everything inside was in perfect working condition. We enjoyed swimming in the very warm and large community pool and felt very safe in the gated community. The local property manager was very responsive and we felt very welcomed. »

Draps sales et en boules et le matelas taché dégouttant et sous le matelas c’est encore pire, personne n’est jamais venu nous faire le lit ou même apporter des draps 😡propres … c’est inacceptable Je passe sur le service et les réponses agressives des hôtesses à nos demandes !!!
