The bed is firm but comfy. We liked the comfy swivel recliner chairs too. I have sleep apnea so I used one of their TV tables for my cpap machine and it fit just right next to the bedike a night stand. We loved the little personal touches such as the dog treats in a cute baggy for pur furry kids and the robes and large towels to use for the hot tub. We very much enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna!!
