Stayed there for two nights only, it was excellent. At the front desk Michael was very helpful. Any request or services requested were promptly attended, within minutes.
The rooms were clean, spacious and had all amenities. Airport shuttle is a bonus .
The only thing I can think of is the location. A bit away from shops and restaurants.

"The property was dirty, and the rooms were overly stuffy and musty like they were moldy. The windows were filthy. Cheapest in Anchorage and now I know why. It’s rated high for solo travelers. If you just looking for a place to lay your head for one night it’s not horrible."
