"Cold water at bathroom sink did not work. Host responded after I left a note at checkout that there was a leak. We also found leftover pizza in the small fridge at check in. Room was very cold and damp feeling. It appears they only turn on heater when needed. Underwhelmed."

"Daisy, our host was very helpful and accommodating. She was always quick to communicate and provided good tips for the area. The home is very beautiful and FULLY stocked! Most rentals we have been to give you the basics, and we usually have to provide our own extra trash bags, bath towels, paper towels, etc. Daisy’s home has everything you need and more! We enjoyed the big hot tub, the game room and the beautiful grounds. The welcome basket of snacks, a note and fresh flowers were so sweet! We were worried that the 3 rooms on the lower level would be too cold but they each had their own wall heaters and got very warm! The beds and linens were so comfortable, and we appreciate lots of extra pillows and blankets. We appreciate that check out is at noon, giving us time to sleep in a little and pack up without rushing. Daisy actually reached out to us that morning to tell us to take our time checking out, which was so thoughtful and kind. We will definitely plan to return! One of our best rental experiences ever. "This vintage house trailer is a simple accommodation in the woods among other homes and just five minutes from the Trinity River. It’s decorated in Thrift Store Chic and contains everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen has a fine hodgepodge of pots and pans, dishware and utensils. The furniture is odd bits and pieces, some comfortable. There was abundant hot water for the shower and tub. The double bed and the bunk bed are adequate. The internet connection is solid and the interactions with Ryan, the host, were excellent. In all, an entirely satisfactory spot for us to relax after a day of floating. "
