This is what you would hope for when stopping for a night. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was clean. The heat and wifi worked well. They appear to be updating the room so there were some unfinished finishes. But all in all, I am happy a friend recommended this otel.

This property actually would have been great and received five stars from me except that the boilers were down and there was no heat in the room. I wouldn't have even minded that so much if the staff would have just admitted it. They did offer to move us to another room but the very same situation existed. Please just be upfront with guests. I understand things can go wrong with mechanicals in a building, just don't tell me something that isn't accurate.
