"We always stop to stay here when we drive to Waco from California-it’s our halfway point. Now as we trek back to Cali we arrive here at Embassy again. I can not say enough about your desk clerk Gabrielle. I stepped up to check in and she greeted me with “ Welcome Back!” I was in shock!! It’s been over 2 weeks!!!!! "The hotel staff did not give me the type of room location I needed. My wife and I are both handicapped and the clerk gave us the most dangerous and hardest to get to room. The sidewalks getting there were worse than a sand path. I ended up falling down and scraping both elbows and hitting my head on a large rock. Then they changed our room to a better location. "
